NAACCR Cancer Informatics Hackathon was founded in 2018 with the goal to promote high-quality, population-based cancer registries across North America through collaboration. Annually, NAACCR holds its hackathon, bringing together cancer registry and informatics professionals to drive innovative solutions for major cancer control problems. At the hackathon, our team developed a natural language processing tool for pathology report abstracting. NeuralFrame looks forward to future engagements within the NAACCR community.
